We are currently seeking full-time support in our Brantford Production Department.

Day Shift: 7:00 am – 4:30 pm Monday – Thursday, 7:00 am – 12:00 pm Friday
Afternoon Shift: 4:30 pm – 2:30 am Monday – Thursday

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONCIBILITIES:
• Entering preprogrammed instructions to set up machine
• Load correct components into fixtures / jibs for production jobs
• Ensures that finished product meets established quality standards
• Ensure that all machines, tools and equipment are safe to operator
• Maintain excellent housekeeping and safety standards as specified
• Tack parts or perform simple MIG welding repairs
• Perform other duties as assigned

NECESSARY SKILLS:
• Ability to set up machines
• Capable of measuring dimensions of parts to blue print specifications
• Ability to read blue print drawings
• Perform simple welds
• Physically capable of lifting parts up to 30 lbs and stand for prolonged periods of time
• Must be professional, respectful of others and avoids unnecessary conflict
• Interest in being part of growing team environment
• Receptive to change and can adapt to changing circumstances
